The Chateau Palace is located in Monaco, a French-speaking country.

It was built by British billionaire Patrick Diter between 2005 and 2009.

The 18-bedroom house is located on 32,000 square feet. The house is valued at $70 million. It has 17 acres of garden, a huge swimming pool and 2 helipads.

In this condition this magnificent house seems to have been built without proper permission. Following this, the court has ordered to demolish it completely.

Accordingly it is said to be completely demolished in the next 18 months.

Patrick had obtained permission to build this building. But the biggest test for him now is that he has not been officially authorized in writing except for those who have received verbal permission.

If the house is not demolished after June 2022, Patrick will have to pay a daily fine of $600.

That means he will be forced to pay more than $220,000 a year.
